EASY ENERGY ELECTRICITY (SMALL BUSINESS) - Important Information

As a small use electricity customer (using under 160 kWh per year) you are able to be supplied under our Standard Form Contract. The Easy Energy Electricity (Small Business) is a non-standard contract. There is a 10 business day cooling-off period, after the day on which the contract is made during which you can cancel this contact. If you would like to terminate the contract within the cooling-off period, you can do so by contacting us on 08 9420 0300 or by emailing businesssales@perthenergy.com.au

We will commence supplying electricity to you following the expiry of the cooling-off period or earlier if you request us to supply you earlier than this at the premises. If we supply you during the cooling-off period and you subsequently cancel the contract, you will be liable for the electricity you consumed during the cooling-off period.

EASY ENERGY GAS (SMALL BUSINESS) - Important Information

As a small use gas customer (using under 999GJ per year) you are able to be supplied under our Standard Form Contract. The Easy Energy Gas (Small Business) is a non-standard contract. Non-standard contracts contain different terms and conditions to the standard form contract and may include variations in prices, fees and charges, contract term, payment options and exit fees.
